With over 25 years of experience in security and risk management including more than six years at Google Jeremiah brings a proven foundation of discipline, strategy, and operational excellence to real estate investing.
Since transitioning to full-time investing, Jeremiah has built a strong track record across multiple strategies, including fix-and-flips, creative finance, BRRRR’s, private lending, and capital raising. He is also a limited partner in multifamily syndications, expanding his reach into larger-scale opportunities. Jeremiah is deeply engaged in the real estate community, building strong networks and strategic partnerships.
Jeremiah’s focus is on creating opportunities that deliver value for sellers, buyers, investors, and partners alike guided by a commitment to professionalism, transparency, and long-term success.
Stephen Hodder (Managing Partner)
A serial entrepreneur with a diverse background, Stephen has built and managed ventures ranging from brick-and-mortar businesses to eCommerce, while also trading stocks and crypto. Although he found success in many areas, it was real estate that became his true calling.
Stephen purchased his first property in 2019 and, within a few short years, transitioned into full-time real estate investing. What began as a side project has grown into a full-time mission built on passion and purpose.
With his entrepreneurial experience and international real estate background, Stephen brings creativity, strong negotiation skills, and a results-driven approach to every deal. His commitment to innovation and growth helps drive long-term value for investors, clients, and partners alike.
Together, Jeremiah and Stephen bring over eight years of real estate investing experience and more than 70 successful transactions across the U.S., Canada, and Mexico. With backgrounds spanning corporate leadership, entrepreneurship, and creative solutions, they pair proven execution with innovative strategies to deliver results.
Parisa Rekavandi (Operations Specialist)
Parisa is a real estate professional with a background in underwriting and transaction coordination, now focused on strengthening business operations. She works with Home Envy Solutions to build systems that drive efficiency and ensure strong outcomes for all parties involved. Passionate about the fundamentals and science of business, Parisa approaches operations with curiosity and a problem-solving mindset. She values integrity, structure, and long-term relationships as the foundation for lasting success.
Carson Murphy (Acquisitions Specialist)
Carson is a real estate investor and entrepreneur who transitioned into the industry after two years of working in roofing. Since starting his career, he has focused on helping people navigate difficult real estate situations with honesty and care. Guided by his faith and a commitment to putting family first, Carson approaches his work with integrity and a genuine desire to provide solutions. He looks forward to serving clients and building relationships based on trust and respect.
Amanda Smith (Design & Project Management)
Amanda has been an integral part of the business, working alongside her husband Jeremiah to grow and scale their real estate business. Like Jeremiah, she has immersed herself in multiple facets of real estate investing through hands-on experience, education, and networking.
With a background that includes serving as a Transaction Coordinator, Amanda brings organizational expertise to the team while also drawing on her 16-year career in nursing where attention to detail, care, and precision have been essential. Beyond operations, Amanda is the creative force behind the remodeling styles and designs that transform distressed properties into desirable homes. Her keen eye for color, layout, and market appeal ensures that rehab projects stand out and sell quickly.
